You can now let Stuart send your customers automatic email with the tracking link as soon as a driver has accepted the job.
The only pre requisite is that you provide us the job.dropoffs[n].contact.email
of the customer at job creation. This feature is available in both the sandbox and production environments.
Here is what the email looks like:
Notice that the email is not customisable but we are still sending you the tracking link in the response of the Job creation request so you can forward it to your customer with your own branding.
This is an account level setting you can easily activate through your dashboard as follow or by asking your account manager.
