What does "pu_closed" mean as a cancellation reason?

Hi team, I’m wondering that the pu_closed cancellation reason means? The API docs list the reason for this reason key as “PU Closed” - which doesn’t help much :slight_smile:

The pu_closed cancellation reason means the pickup location was closed when the courier attempted to collect the package. This reason is primarily used by our support team when the courier reports the issue directly to them.

It’s not typically something you would need to map, as the scenario it describes—where your system creates a delivery request, but the pickup location closes before the order is collected—is unlikely to occur in your case.
