Test request – Courier cancellation after pickup

We would like to test a scenario in the Stuart sandbox where the courier cancels the delivery after picking up the order, but before handing it over to the customer.
This situation corresponds to a cancellation due to a technical or logistical issue, not caused by either the merchant or the customer.
