I’m not able to test the webhook from the sandbox panel. It is always returning as 404.

But when I test by Insomnia it returns status 200 and I can read the sent json.

The endpoint is correctly configured in the API dashboard panel using the option delivery/updates , but even so it doesn’t update my status in the script I made.

I can’t know if it’s working, as said, on your panel it always returns 404 status.

Apologies for the belated response, it seems that your post was blocked by our system admin.

Could you confirm whether this issue persists? I believe this issue may have been discussed on a seperate email thread where it was found that the issue was that you were using the API documentation for the webhook tests.
