Sandbox always show No courrier available in your area at selected time

Hello,
I want to use your api for my applications but when I try to create a job on my dashbord, I cannot select a vehicle as it shows :
No courrier available in your area at the selected time.

What about in live mode ? Will it be possible to have no courrier available at 06:00 PM ?

We are currently experiencing inconstancies in our sandbox environment.
In production, this is unlikely to happen.
