No courrier available since 3 days

Hello,
I’m trying to use sandbox to test deliveries in France but since 3 or 4 days,
Orders stays at searching status and then are expired since no courrier is available.

I have tried in many cities in France (Paris, Grenoble, …) but always the same issue =>
The job is successfully created but no courrier available…

Do you know when it will be back to normal as it was working 2 weeks ago ?

Hello,

The simulator was not working correctly during the week-end, we restarted it this morning and it is working again.

Let us know if you have other issues.
