when i was doing the order in ready state and create job then suddenly this message appear from the end of stuart.Please explain why this message appear

There appears to be a problem processing your credit card when creating a job, do you have a credit card set up on your account? Note that you can use any Visa or Mastercard but don’t use American Express.
