Payment declined in create job

Hello,
I have an account in the Sandbox environment, and i can’t use the create job function due to the error: PAYMENT_DECLINED

I used the stripe testing cards and wanted to know if i have done something worng or what should i do to make it work

I’ve made changes to the sandbox account associated to your email address, removing the need for a credit card. Could you attempt to create a job and inform me if it’s successful?

If the issue persist, kindly confirm the email address of the account you’re using and provide us with the payload of your request.
