No Sandbox cancelled job webhook

Hi,

We are receiving webhook events and processing them fine in sandbox mode, example from access log:

749:162.158.38.123 - - [16/Oct/2020:11:39:08 +0000] “POST /rest/V1/kk/stuart/webhook HTTP/1.1” 200 279 “-” “Stuart Webhooks v2 - XXX.”
964:162.158.38.19 - - [16/Oct/2020:12:32:20 +0000] “POST /rest/V1/kk/stuart/webhook HTTP/1.1” 200 141 “-” “Stuart Webhooks v2 - XXX.”

However when I cancel a job within Stuart and tail the access log I can see no webhook events are fired to our Server.

Delivery #100069994 was cancelled within Stuart on 16th October at approx 15:45 BST. I can supply the account email on request if you are able to look into it your end.

Does the Sandbox fire events for cancelled jobs? I would be grateful if you could investigate this issue.

Hi Kieron,

For this particular order from the logs I can see, it appears we didn’t receive a cancellation and the job expired on its own later on.

I’ve tried cancelling a job of my own and everything appears to work fine at the moment, so can you retry your case? If you’re still seeing the same behaviour, let me know and we’ll trace through the steps you’re taking.
