Missing "event"=>"driver", "type"=>"update" webhook in sandbox

Hi there,

We’re not getting any “event”=>“driver”, “type”=>“update” webhooks in sandbox mode.
All other webhooks seem to be working fine. Production/Live env is also working fine.

Could you please help with this?

Hello Ioana,

It seems we have been experiencing issues with job creation in our Sandbox environment since the 9th November. Jobs are not being created successfully, meaning that driver update webhooks also cannot be sent. Our backend team has now been informed of these issues and will investigate.

We will update you when we know more.

Our Sandbox environment should now be working again as expected.
Let us know if you encounter any issues.

For the Production environment, is it only the driver update webhooks that you seem to be missing?
We are investigating any potential cause to a change in these webhooks.

Yes, in production, it looks like we’re missing all the “driver” webhooks.
The “job” and “delivery” events work fine.
