Every time we change the name of location the hours or other settings of location empty.

As explained in the direct message, when a location is updated at the Shopify settings level, it is reset at the plugin configuration level. Therefore, all the information that you previously modified is reverted to its default values (e.g. shipping availability, preparation time etc).
