Configuring Shopify integration to offer only 1-hour delivery prices

We’re interested in having all our Stuart deliveries be the 1-hour delivery option. I can’t see how to configure it this way in either the dashboard or the Shopify app.

Related to this, is it possible that the Stuart app offer multiple option, say 1-hour and same-day?

The plugin only supports immediate deliveries.
This means that once the end customer places their order and selects Stuart as the delivery option, we will immediately begin looking for a courier to arrive at the store.

The only factor influencing the courier’s arrival time is the preparation time defined in the plugin configuration. For example, if the preparation time is set to 20 minutes, the courier will be scheduled to arrive at now + 20 minutes.

Thank you @Adrien . That’s very helpful! A bit of feedback: the link you shared should explain that much better. The page doesn’t even mention the word “immediate” once.

Another question: How can we increase the range from 10km? The average order weight is 0.5-1kg, and we’d like them delivered by Stuart in the maximum possible range. The app is capped at 10km, and from our testing, Stuart as a delivery option is not shown to orders whose shipping address is near that limit.

With our plugin, the maximum delivery distance is capped at 10 km.
