Dismissing deliveries where no driver was found (in sandbox) not working

As detailed in bug 1448, driver assignment is currently not working in the Brighton area. Accordingly, we have a handful of Brighton area job request entries in our sandbox environment where “no couriers were found”:

Clicking “dismiss delivery” on the above hides the items client-side, but upon refreshing the page, all items remain shown as before.

As a result, there’s no way for us to get rid of these 7 “courier not found” error messages in the ongoing tab of our sandbox environment.
