What’s new?
We are excited to announce the launch of the new version (v3) of our webhooks!
How does it work?
With this new version, you have the power to select specific status events that matter most to you for subscription. This way, you will receive updates each time one of the chosen events takes place for any of your packages.
Among the various events to which you can subscribe, we have introduced completely new ones for courier reassignments and returns.
The payload has been streamlined to provide all the necessary information, including fields like occurred_at and unique_id , which are invaluable for troubleshooting.
As before, you will still be able to manage your webhook subscriptions from either the dashboard or the API.
What’s the impact?
Our previous webhook version will continue to work as usual.
However, we strongly recommend transitioning to webhooks v3 to take full advantage of their enhanced capabilities and provide us with your feedback.
During the transition from v2 to v3 webhooks, you can use both versions concurrently, ensuring a seamless experience.
Note that in the future, potential webhook improvements will only be made for v3.
When will this change take place?
These new webhooks v3 are available now, so you can start using them immediately.
