We are excited to announce the addition of a new webhook topic (courier_moving to dropoff) to our v3 webhook offering.
How does it work?
By subscribing to this webhook, you’ll receive real-time updates about the courier’s location while en route from pickup to dropoff. Updates will be sent every 30 seconds if the courier has moved since the last update. The payload will include the coordinates of the courier’s current position.

This webhook can be employed in various ways, depending on your use case. For instance, you can utilize it to provide your end customers with a customised tracking map, enabling them to follow the delivery of their package after pickup.
