The Stuart delivery fee is calculated according to both transport type and delivery distance, related Stuart Help Centre post here.
For integrators we have a request job pricing endpoint where you can find the expected price of a delivery before creating a job.
@Lauren Can you confirm if the distance that I get charge is from my business location to customer address or from your rider location -> business location -> customer address?
Because there is no information as such on your provided link.

The distance is from the pickup business location that you provide to the customer dropoff address.
