Stuart payments and invoicing

Hi.
We’re in the process of integrating Stuart with our food delivery app. During integration, we stumbled upon the issue of payments and invoicing.
On the Stuart dashboard, we see a Billing section which has two options - Coupon and Card.

  1. How does this payment work? When and how is the payment for a delivery charged?
  2. Do we have to add a card to activate our deliveries?
  3. Is it possible to add a Debit Card instead of a Credit Card?
  4. Is there a possibility for the payments to be made periodically via invoice (weekly/monthly)?

Hi,

  1. Payment is taken after each single delivery to the card you have loaded to the account
  2. Yes, you need to add a card to be able to request a delivery
  3. Debit or credit is fine
  4. You can pay via weekly direct debit if you are doing more than 50 deliveries per week.
