Sandbox Issue, courier not assigned

I’m currently testing delivery creation using the Stuart Sandbox API and encountering an issue with courier assignment.

Issue Details:

  • Deliveries are successfully created via API.

  • Status remains stuck at “Contacting couriers…”

  • No courier is ever assigned to the job.

  • The dashboard also shows the message: “Nearby couriers are finishing up — we’ll start inviting them shortly…”

  • Additionally, I occasionally see an “Oops! Something went wrong!” error in the dashboard.

Current Setup:

  • Environment: Sandbox

  • Delivery created via API

  • Pickup location: London (SW20 0LA area)
    It would be helpful if you could confirm the expected workflow for testing courier assignment in the sandbox environment.

We’re currently aware of some delays affecting courier assignment and delivery completion in our Sandbox environment, due to an issue with the bots that simulate the courier flow.

That said, test packages generally still go through the expected delivery lifecycle, allowing developers to continue validating their integration.

I’ve manually pushed your deliveries from in progress through to completion so you can continue with your testing.
