PAYMENT_DECLINED error in test mode

I am testing sandbox api in postman, i am getting PAYMENT_DECLINED error even in test mode.
I have properly added two stripe test credit cards, but still out of nowhere i am getting this error.
It was working few hours back, but now it is not working

Thanks for reporting this issue.

I’ve updated your sandbox account settings to remove the credit card requirement. Could you please try creating a job and let me know if it works?
