You might find it useful to read the following post on how to set up webhooks along with the introduction to webhooks section of our API documentation.
As a new integrator, you will only need to introduce a Wekhooks v2 URL as v1 is our previous legacy version. To receive webhooks you must expose a web service and set the URL ( Webhook V2 URL field) in your API settings (Sandbox, Production) to enable it.
