What’s new?
You can now receive your end-customer’s photo proof of delivery (POD) using the Stuart API.
How does it work?
When calling our GET - Get a Job endpoint or the GET- Get Jobs endpoint, you will now see a new field populated with a URL directly linking you to our AWS storage to view or download your end-customer’s photo POD.
In order to receive POD this setting will need to be activated in your Stuart account, contact your Account Manager to set this up.
If this is not enabled or no POD is available for your delivery, you will see the field populated with Null instead.
What’s the impact?
The new attribute would be $.deliveries[0].proof_of_delivery_url
Using the Get A Job endpoint provides clients with a new and faster way of retrieving their end-customer’s photo POD without logging into the dashboard or contacting customer support.
This will appear in the API response of the Get A Job endpoint & Get Job Listings endpoint Only.
