We are trying to integrate Stuart into our platform to delivery shipments for users. I reviewed the cost chart you guys provided (Understanding pricing | Stuart Help Center).
Now, we have also integrated with other 3rd-party shipment companies, and some of them calculate cost differently if it’s on test or in production. With that said, does Stuart calculate cost differently if it’s in test vs in production?

The delivery fee is uniformly calculated in both the Sandbox and Production environments, unless there’s a fixed cost or a unique agreement in place which would apply only in Production and directly to the invoices.
It seems this second might apply to you, as our Partnership team is currently liaising with your team. Once the specific terms are established, you should be able to incorporate the necessary logic to the integration.
