Card details are invalid

We’re unable to add a credit card to our Stuart production account. We’ve tried with four different cards that all work fine elsewhere, but none of them go through here. It always shows an error saying the card details are invalid. Please help us resolve this.

We’ve reviewed this internally and checked the logs on our side. The error we see corresponds to the payment provider rejecting the card as invalid. Unfortunately, payment providers do not provide more detailed information in these cases due to standard card security practices. This type of error is commonly triggered by factors outside our control, such as one-time use cards, additional bank-side validations, or the issuing bank or card network declining the validation.

We’d recommend trying with a different card issued by another bank, ensuring it’s a standard reusable card and that there are no restrictions on online or recurring payments. If the issue persists, the best next step would be to contact the bank to check why the validation is being declined.

We’ve tried with multiple cards, and none of them worked. They go through the bank’s verification process successfully but then return an error on stuart billing page stating that the card details are invalid. All of these cards work fine elsewhere, with no restrictions on online or recurring payments.
