We’re refactoring our cancellation reasons!

This is good news, we promise, you can expect them to become more clear and meaningful :tada:

What’s changing?

  • Our cancellation reason duplicate_job will change to duplicate_package

  • Our driver reassigned reason wrong_transport_type will become wrong_package_size

When will this change happen?

To give time for all API integrators to prepare for this change, we plan to deploy these changes on Monday the 19th of July.

Please ensure that your integration is prepared for these changes by the given date. If you have any queries or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
