Test Card Marked as Expired in Sandbox Environment

Hello,

Following a warning message on my sandbox dashboard asking me to re-enter my card details, I attempted to add a test card. However, the card is marked as expired (please see the attached screenshot).

Could you please clarify:

  • What test card details are expected in the sandbox environment?
  • Is there a specific format or set of test card numbers required for the Stuart sandbox to validate the card successfully?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello @JSK,

Indeed, we are switching our Payment Service Provider (PSP).

You can add the following card details for testing purposes:

  • Card number: 4111 1111 1111 1111
  • Expiry date: 01/50 (or any future date)
  • CVC: 123 (or any 3-digit code)

Thanks!

Hello Adrien,

Thank you for your reply.

I had already entered exactly the card details you mentioned, and the result is shown in the attached screenshot — the card is marked as expired.

Could you please advise on how to fix this?

Thanks again for your help.

Hello,

Normally it should work with the credit card number: 4111 1111 1111 1111 .
But in any case, I updated your sandbox account so that a credit card is no longer required to create jobs.

Thanks!
