Hello,

I wanted to ask about which number does the support person ask for when the store calls Stuart Support?

We see this number from Stuart application, but we are confused about whether this is the Job ID or the Delivery ID. We need this information to display the right data to our staff.

Hello Jacky,

They ask for the number that appears at the top of the Dashboard which is the Job ID.

What appears in your picture is the Package Number #129690123. Your analogous Job ID is #128533970.
