Hi @carlosMshop,

I see on your account that indeed several Jobs are stuck in the simulation. I can force them to finish if you need as it it a simulator issue.

The “busy” status is for the driver location updated event webhook meaning that the driver is currently handling a delivery of a job.

In your first example you can see the driver is busy in the delivery id 110360 (in delivering) of the job id 110116 (in in_progress).
In your second example you can see the driver is busy in the delivery id 110291 (in picking) of the job id 110047 (in in_progress).
