Internal testing is scheduled to take place in our Sandbox environment
As we are constantly maintaining and improving our systems, we are currently updating our API framework to a more recent version. We have already rolled out this change in all of our environments other than Sandbox and Production, and will now continue on to our Sandbox environment. As this is a pretty major update, we may expect issues to arise and hence we will be restricting this version update testing to particular hours of the day.
This testing will be underway this week, starting tomorrow the 16th, and will only be conducted between the hours of 9am - 11am (CET).
As a result, starting from tomorrow, there’s a chance you may experience a degradation of our service in our Sandbox Environment. However, outside of the hours of 9am - 11am our Sandbox environment will return to operating in its usual state. If you experience unexpected behaviours when using our Sandbox environment during this time, do let us know, and consider that the issue should be resolved outside of these scheduled testing hours.
The testing is expected to last this week but might extend to a longer period of time if necessary.
