Sandbox environment is down?

Hi there, all of our Stuart integration tests started failing as of yesterday, with all requests returning a raw-html 503:

<html>

<head>
    <title>503 Service Temporarily Unavailable</title>
</head>

<body>
    <center>
        <h1>503 Service Temporarily Unavailable</h1>
    </center>
</body>

</html>

We sat down to debug today and it looks like we can’t even access the Stuart sandbox dashboard page at https://dashboard.sandbox.stuart.com, whereby we get an error page that looks like this:

The latter fact makes me believe this isn’t just localized to our sandbox account. Please advise, and let me know if there’s any additional data I can provider that would be helpful.

Thanks!

Hi @mirek

Thanks for reaching out through the community forum.

Our Sandbox environment has been updated and is now available from 08:00 to 17:00 (UK time).

Please note that testing accounts may be automatically disabled after some time if they are not linked to ongoing tests or to an active production account using our services.

These measures are intended to support client developer teams while promoting responsible use of shared resources in line with our sustainability objectives.

Thanks in advance for your understanding and let me know if I can support with anything.

Hi @Andres, thanks for the quick response. I’m continuing to receive 503s, both when I try to authenticate via API…

… and when I try to log in to the dashboard, though I will say I no longer get the dashboard error upon page load anymore. I’m at least shown the login screen, but my login attempt does nothing and reveals an error when looking at browser requests:

If there was an issue with my account I’d expect to get auth errors instead of 503s. Trying to create a new test account also causes a 503, which further suggests something funky happening on the backend.

Any idea what might be happening?

Thanks!
