nil:NilClass Error

Hello,

could you tell us what this message means?

  message: 'undefined method `zone\' for nil:NilClass' }

Sometimes our payload work and sometimes the exact same payload triggers this message.
Any idea ?

Can you send us an example of a request when this happened? so we can investigate by tracking our logs.
