H2H SFTP Folder Processing Times 
Please be aware the SFTP folders are processed every 5 minutes from 1 minute past the hour.
e.g 12:01, 13:06, 13:11, etc, etc
While very rare (down to milliseconds), please avoid uploading at the times stated above as there is a slim chance processing and injecting could occur at the same time and your file is not read correctly.

Please notice that we are handling maintenance processes every night between 4h00 and 5h40 CET. To ensure the handling of your requests please make sure to not call our API during this time-slot.
