H2H: What are the possible order flows?

We aim to provide a flexible and robust Hub to Home service at Stuart. :tada:

We operate in a number of different models to fulfil client needs, see below for a few example of our order flows;

*Please note, all order flows have a 2-hour cut off from the time of EDI injection & Collection / Route creation. This is to allow the operational team time to prepare packages.

Same-day Delivery Order Flow

Orders are created by the end-customer and prepared by staff on-site, packages are collected from the client’s site back into our hub to be prepared for delivery to end-customers on the same day.

Next-day Delivery Order Flow

Orders are created by the end-customer and prepared by staff on-site the day before, an EDI can be sent scheduled for the next day or sent on the following day when Stuart will collect the packages and prepare them for delivery.

Same-day Collection Order Flow

Orders are created by the end-customer and an EDI is sent to Stuart, routes are then created to collect all packages received in the EDI from your end-customers and prepared in our hub. A line-haul is then created from our hub to the client’s chosen site

Next-day Collection Order Flow

Orders are created by the end-customer and an EDI is sent to Stuart, the EDI can be sent the same day of the order to be scheduled for the next day or it can be sent the following day, routes are then created to collect all packages received in the EDI from your end-customers and prepared in our hub. A line-haul is then created from our hub to the client’s chosen site.
