We are wondering if the courier sees both pickup and delivery comments at the same time, and all of the time, or do they only see one and then the other depending on where in the job lifecycle they are?
We are thinking of making our comments the same for both pickup and delivery.
Relevant informations are highlighted depending on where in the job lifecycle the courier is but the courier can access all the information at any time.
We don’t recommend you to make the same comments for pickup and dropoff as they better have to be specific.
