What’s new?
To help keep personal information safe, proof of delivery and invoice urls now have limited access.

How does it work?
Signature and picture proof of delivery urls will become invalid after 48 hours, and for invoice urls after 1 hour.
What’s the impact?
We recommend storing the url image contents in your systems if you need to access these after the lifespan of the url. It is reminded that you are processing this data as Data controller and therefore all obligations set out in data protection regulations apply.
Note that urls can be up to 2000 characters long, it’s critical to account for this when storing the url to ensure access is possible.
When will this change take place?
This update is effective now, 5th September 2023.
