Bug Shopify with configuration

Hi team,

I’m trying to activate the Stuart delivery app on our Shopify checkout, but I’m running into two issues:

  • In your onboarding tutorial, it says to add a new shipping rate and enable the option “Use carrier or app to calculate rates”. However, Stuart does not appear as a carrier in the list of available apps — unlike what is shown in your example.
  • In the app settings, the White Label configuration does not save when I click on the “Save” button. Any changes I make revert immediately after leaving the page, so I can’t configure this feature at all.

Because of these two issues, I’m currently unable to activate Stuart on our checkout. All APIs are correctly entered, the location is activated, the opening hours are setup and also the end customer pricing is setup.

Could you please help me resolve this and advise if there are additional steps required for the activation?
