How Do I Use Access Token to make API request for the sandbox environments

Hello @guoshuyun,

If not done, before initialising your environment, you have to specify the sandbox one:

Environment environment = Environment.SANDBOX;

Then you need to make sure that you are using the sandbox credentials, which can be found in the sandbox dashboard.

If it still doesn’t work, please share with me the email or account id used in sandbox so that I can check in the logs.

I did use sandbox. accountID= 453782

I just did a test and it works fine with my credentials.

Could you please make sure you are using the correct credentials (user id + password) for the sandbox account?

If it still doesn’t work, can you please share the error trace?

If you get something like the following message, it means the credentials are invalid:

WARNING: POST request for "https://api.sandbox.stuart.com/oauth/token" resulted in 401 (Unauthorized); invoking error handler
Exception in thread "main" error="access_denied", error_description="Error requesting access token."

hello，when I check the stuart-client-java-1.0.1.jar ,I found this SANDBOX(“https://sandbox-api.stuart.com”), I think I know why show me th error,now，It can be accessed normally.but now show me error(This location is out of range),Can you give me an available harvest address and pick-up address?I’m just testing it.

Hello,

You should be able to test all recognised addresses in cities like Paris, London, Barcelona, or any zone that we cover.
For example:

32 Coombe Ln, Raynes Park, London SW20 0LA

Please also have a look at our API documentation where you should find all the information you need.
