Critical : Since Yesterday Create Job schedule trigger instant delivery

Since yesterday ALL api to create a job go through well and get Job request provide the right info, however however the schedule job are schedule in the future , the driver does the delivery right away leading to canceled delivery.
I have contacted the support via the dashboard but they don’t see to be able to escalate to a tech team.
Anyone with the same issue ? How to reach out to the dev team

After checking, the behavior you’re seeing is related to a recent update on how time windows are handled.

The dropoff_at field is no longer taken into account. Instead, the system now relies on:

  • pickup_at – when the order is ready for pickup

  • end_customer_time_window_start and end_customer_time_window_end – the time window when the delivery is expected by your customer

We sincerely apologize for not communicating this change ahead of time. Please rest assured this isn’t a bug, but rather part of a broader update. To move forward, your integration will need to adapt to the new setup.

You’ll find more details on these fields in our API documentation, which can help guide the update. In the meantime, you can also use the dashboard to create delivery jobs until the integration is updated.
