Be sure the Job is correct before my customer payment

Hi there,

I have a concern about my customer’s payment and hoping for your advice. I don’t want to deal with refunds so I don’t want to allow my customer to pay for a delivery if I’m not sure the Job will be created. In other words I want to be sure I won’t get any errors after I accepted my customer paiement. How can I do that?

Hello Brian,

You can definitely be sure that the Job will be created and that all the parameters are correct by using our Validate Job parameters. In addition this will also check if all the addresses (pickup and dropoffs addresses) are eligible for Stuart delivery.
