We have not been able to get a response from the Stuart Hub2Home Tracking endpoint (Stuart API) since May 2nd.
We use the following format:
https://api.stuart-hub.com/modules/LteWebService/E-com/Packages.php?action=Tracking&type=e-com&key=[your_api_key]&version=3&transaction=[transaction_id]&package_id=[your_package_id]
We are not sure if this is a general issue or something only affecting specific API keys.
How can we troubleshoot this?

Stuart Hub2Home service has ended as of April 30th, 2024 and as a result the related endpoints won’t process requests.
